Good lifestyle is a blessing from heaven. But everybody is not able to keep it up. 'Early to bed early to rise will make a man healthy, wealthy and wise' is a saying in English.

Early to bed,
have a good sleep,
early rising,
do some good exercise,
have good food habits,
and positive thinking in mind,
everything will be good for our health.

When we have good sleep our brain gets relaxed and rest to revitalize the brain power, and early rising from the bed and do some exercise will give us good health, psychologically and physiologically. Good food will rebuild our lost health.
